Lemon Butter

1/4 lb butter
1 cup white sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
3 eggs
Beat all together & cook in double boiler til thick

Why?

This blog was created so I could easily share Grandma's recipes with everyone, in particular, my aunts & cousins. I know we all wanted Grandma's recipe books & such when she passed away and this is one way to share. When I get a scanner, I will scan the recipes & post them as well. I haven't tried many of these recipes before, so if you try them, leave a comment! Or if you see something that doesn't look right, let me know!
